- Unique advanced and long-lasting heating system
1. The heating system adopts efficient and energy-saving Swedish nickel soldering heating wire, combined with a curved reflector, which has high thermal efficiency and fast temperature rise speed. A specially designed forced hot air circulation structure system ensures even heating of PCBs and components.
2. The insulation system adopts a dedicated high-temperature protection system (Siser 120kg/cubic high-density insulation rock wool), and the furnace is made of special stainless steel, suitable for lead-free welding. The welding area is equipped with a rosin flux recovery system to protect the environment.
3. Adopting the design of Taiwan Sanyue Long Axis High Temperature Air Motor and Circular Heating Wire, modular design, no noise, no vibration, convenient for maintenance and disassembly.
4. The furnace body is uniformly ventilated with porous galvanized plates above and below, ensuring uniform and balanced heat reaching the PCB The upper furnace body can be opened as a whole, facilitating furnace cleaning.
- Reliable and stable transmission system
1. The transmission system adopts a Taili speed control motor, combined with a 1:60 turbine reducer, which runs smoothly and has a stepless adjustable speed of 0-1200mm/min.
2. Adopting an independent roller structure and leveling support, combined with a matching stainless steel mesh belt, it runs smoothly and can achieve an accurate speed of ± 20mm/min.
3. Stainless steel herringbone mesh belt, durable and wear-resistant, not easily deformed after long-term use.
- Stable and reliable electrical control system
1. The temperature control adopts a precise controller with RKC control and PID intelligent calculation. Through PID intelligent calculation, the heat generation is automatically controlled. The fuzzy control function adds overshoot and suppression functions, and quickly responds to external heat changes. The fastest response to external heat changes is ensured through internal control to ensure a more balanced temperature.
2. Each temperature zone adopts Taiwan Fanda thermocouple to quickly and sensitively sense the changes in each temperature zone, timely transmit, control, and compensate for the balance of temperature in each temperature zone.
3. The dedicated SSR solid-state relay, combined with a dedicated heat sink, significantly improves heat dissipation efficiency and effectively extends its service life; Contactless output, safe and reliable, combined with the unique fuzzy control function of the temperature controller, continuously monitors the changes in external temperature and heat value, controls the heating device with the minimum pulse, quickly responds, ensures high temperature control accuracy, uniform temperature distribution inside the machine, and temperature distribution in the length direction meets IPC standards.
4. Abundant power, rapid heating, about 20 minutes from room temperature to constant temperature.
5. Equipped with temperature exceeding tolerance, fault diagnosis, and light alarm.
6. Delayed shutdown protection function, evenly cooling after shutdown to prevent deformation of transmission components due to uneven cooling.
