1)This model is mainly used at the front end of the SMT production line and has two loading modes: push plate and vacuum suction plate.

1.A specially designed forced hot air circulation structure ensures uniform heating of PCBs and components, completely eliminating the "shadow effect" of infrared heating tubes;
 
2.The insulation system adopts a dedicated high-temperature protection system (120kg/cubic  high-density insulation rock wool from Sisel, USA), and the furnace is made of special stainlesssteel, suitable for lead-free welding;

3. Adopting the design of Taiwan Sanyue Long Axis High Temperature Air Motor and W-shaped  Heating Tube, it is noise free, vibration free, and convenient for maintenance and disassembly;

4.The furnace body adopts porous aluminum plates for uniform air distribution, ensuring that the  heat reaches the PCB evenly and evenly The upper furnace body can be opened as a whole, facilitating furnace cleaning.



Reliable and stable transmission system

1. The transmission system adopts a Taiwan Weitewei speed control motor, paired with a 1:150 turbine reducer, which runs smoothly and has a stepless adjustable speed of 0-600mm/min.

2. Adopting an independent roller structure and leveling support, combined with a matching stainless steel mesh belt, the operation is stable and the speed can be accurate up to ± 20mm/min;

1. The temperature control adopts a Japanese RKC temperature controller, which responds to changes in external heat as quickly as possible and ensures a more balanced temperature through internal control;

2. Each temperature zone adopts Taiwan Fanda thermocouple to quickly and sensitively sense the changes in each temperature zone, timely transmit, control, and compensate for the balance of temperature in each temperature zone;
