The Yamaha high-speed fully automatic SMT production line consists of two Yamaha high-speed SMT mounting machines YSM20R and one Yamaha multifunctional SMT mounting machine YSM10, with a mounting speed of 200000 points per hour . Suitable for producing mobile consumer electronics and other products.

The equipment configuration of the entire line is as follows:

 

1. SMT Automatic Loader


 

Performance Characteristics:


1)This model is mainly used at the front end of the SMT production line and has two loading modes: push plate and vacuum suction plate.

2)The control system adopts PLC control, and the operation interface adopts a touch screen, with stable performance and convenient operation.

3)The frame structure adopts sheet metal welding, surface painting treatment, and leaves a visible window.

4)The push plate lifting structure adopts a motor lifting setting, and the effective setting step distance can be selected as; 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, optional with frequency converter.

5)The suction plate part adopts vacuum suction plate method, which can stack 200-300 PCB boards each time.

6)The load transfer structure adopts a stepper motor load transfer method, with acceleration and deceleration settings for starting and stopping, ensuring smooth transportation and less impact on the board.

7)Equipped with standard SMEMA signal ports, it can be connected online with any other device.

Yamaha's high-end high-efficiency modular Z: LEX YSM20R is a versatile SMT machine with enhanced "single head solution". It has multiple production forms of flexibility and efficiency, and also has the world's fastest installation speed of 95000 CPH (under optimal conditions).

8.SMT Automatic Unloader


 

Main function:

 
Used for SMT production line terminals, to retrieve multiple PCB boards, receive board output signals from the upper computer, and receive PCB boards one by one while pushing them into the material frame for storage.
